New Design Supply and Installation of Mechanical Ventilation System

OUR SERVICESTypes of Mechanical Ventilation System :

Mechanical ventilation, as opposed to relying on windows, uses crevices or any small openings in your house, and employs induced air from outside through appliances like ducts, fans, and exhaust fans for air flow.
A professionally designed and installed mechanical ventilation system will ensure that fresh air is constantly circulated throughout your home. It also guarantees that any allergens, pollutants, or moulds that may have evolved as a result of the filtration, humidification controllers, air stratification, and other processes are being eliminated.
EXHAUST ONLY VENTILATION
The Exhaust Ventilation System works on the principle of depressurization of air inside the house or building. It creates a vacuum inside the room by pulling out all the bad air from the room. The air in this system is usually drawn out through holes and gaps in the building and the exhaust fans are usually used for bathrooms and kitchens where there is a lot of moisture and exhaust air. The exhaust ventilation system is most convenient for cold climatic regions as during the warm and humid season the depressurization of air may cause the moisture to build up inside the walls and cause it to condense, causing damage to the building.
SUPPLY ONLY VENTILATION
The supply method is also known as forced ventilation as the outside is being forced inside the house after being filtered. This system is recommended for hot climatic regions as itallows dehumidification and it will pressurize the hot and humid air from inside and condense it by coming in contact with the cold exterior surface. Unlike the Exhaust Ventilation System, the supply system usually draws air out through a system of ducts and will not bring any contaminants inside the house. A fan pulls the air and is transferred through the ducts, it is then reconditioned and transported back into the rooms.
BALANCED VENTILATION
This method of Ventilation utilizes both indoor and outdoor air for ventilation as it relies on both exhaust and supply ventilation systems. Your house will be installed with a duct system as well as a system of exhaust fans for a balanced and filtered air indoors. There is equal amounts of air entering and leaving the building so there is no need to either pressurize or depressurise the airflow. Due to the dual ventilation method this system is ideal for all kinds of climate.

Your day to day activities such as bathing, using washing machines, using microwaves, and using ovens that require an electric energy can build up heat at your residence, in addition to all the culinary activities that entail a fire source and harmful chemicals from various cooking equipment. A lot of heat is produced as a by-product due to conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy.

To circulate the movement of air in and out of a building, the mechanical ventilation system uses exhaust fans attached to the walls or installed in the duct system. When the hot and moist airĀ  comes in contact with the cold surface condensation occurs because the surface is at lower temperature. The fans either pull this air to the outside or transfer air to adjust the air quality inside.

By minimising the requirement for heating and cooling appliances, automatic mechanical ventilation systems provide an efficient energy saving approach advanced technologies in mechanical ventilation control the quality of interior air independent of the climatic changes outside it provides you with excellent comfort and you can customise the control panel of the ventilation system according to your needs.

So, a mechanical ventilation system is the best method especially in the current atmospheric conditions to remove all the harmful chemicals, odors and bad air from your house.
