Aluminium foil duct tape can work excellently for temperatures from -54°C to 316°C and is highly fire resistant. The Aluminium foil tapes are used in the HVAC system for sealing purposes.

Aluminium foil duct tape can be used to seal gaps in a furnace or air handler without the use of extra fasteners such as metal screws, metal clips and connectors, or mesh. These Aluminium foil tapes provide better connection, adhesiveness and thermal stability than normal rubber tape.
