These UV lamps are installed in the hood’s interior and reduces the money on cleaning and maintenance due to the benefits it provides.

UV kitchen exhaust systems include UV lamps. The UV light causes photolysis and ozonolysis, which break down the grease molecules.

The photolysis process breaks down the grease and particulate matter by photons and Ozonolysis is responsible for cleaving the unsaturated carbon compounds or grease particles and oxidises it.

The formation of ozone after ozonolysis helps to get rid of foul odors and eliminates all the grease. These aid in the oxidative stress of most fumes and effluent, the removal of various allergens that can make you sick, and the prevention of additional chemicals.


Air Cleaners:

The Air Cleaner will remove contaminants such as gunk, oil, harmful gases, vapours, odour, and fine particles from commercial kitchen exhaust hoods.

The highly durable pre-filter and post-filter are typically made from aluminum and aid in the extraction of organic agglomerates while also distributing air evenly across the channels.

Carbon Bank:

Through the use of small carbon pellets,A carbon bank is used to remove all the bad odors from waste food and chemical odors. It is connected to the Air cleaner and the exhaust fan installed within the kitchen hood.

These then pull the exhaust and contaminated air from the kitchen and pull it out. While the air is being pulled out it goes through the carbon filters and they colleythe impurities. The carbon banks can also get rid of the ozone produced by the ozone filters and uv lamps. When the outside air enters the kitchen,the carbon bank filters it to and the clean air is transferred inside.

A Carbon Bank utilises carbon pellets to get rid of bad odors and chemicals. These are attached to the Air cleaners and exhaust fans that pull air and capture bad air.
These carbon banks are also highly effective in capturing excess Ozone produced by uv lamps and ozone generators. In addition to filtering indoor exhaust air it also filters the incoming outdoor air that enters the kitchen
